Fifteen years ago, a collective of elite athletes, coaches, and seasoned industry insiders came together to establish Vision Management,a brainchild of our beloved Founder & CEO, who at the time was playing professionally and managed by the legendary Mino Raiola.  Not as another agency, but as a definitive standard of excellence. Disillusioned by representation that appeared only when it was time to collect, and disappeared when it mattered most, we chose a different path: one defined by presence, precision, and unwavering commitment. When excellence is non-negotiable, it must be created.

Our foundation is deeply rooted in experience at the highest level. Many within our team are former professional footballers who were privileged to be guided by the legendary Mino Raiola—a man whose influence reshaped the landscape of modern sports management.
