Our newest edition, SENSE, is catered toward our deep passion for true gastronomical experiences at an international level and more importantly, at its most true, raw and unadulterated form. Our sole focus was to create a truly authentic experience that will not only hit all of the human sensory receptors but also educate our consumers on the historical origins and how specific dishes came to be.
A decision which came about from our beloved owner and his friend of many years, Chef Terrence Quinton, we noticed a considerable lack of information and
even greater, a lack of education toward most consumers.
Particularly in Asia, we noticed what we called "The blind leading the blind" and felt it was a terrible injustice toward the consumer.
So we're going against the grain!
Our aim is to provide food at its most authentic flavour without the modern day chemicals, hormones and of course artificial additives.
We pride ourselves in carefully curating menus depending on specific needs and only use the freshest and finest ingredients that are available.
